Currie Enterprises rock sway bar vs. Calmin Sway bar on SAS rigs - 04/04/08 01:26 AM

Alright, here's the first set of questions. Has anyone attempted to fit an aftermarket front Sway bar on their SAS rigs other than the Calmini sway bar? If so, how did it go and how's it holding up?

Second set of questions. Would any of you be willing to take some measurements and or photos of the Calmini SAS kit? How long are the the connecting rods? How long is the torsion bar? How does the kit mount to the X? Any information or photos you guys have would be helpful.

Here's a look at the universal sway bars made by Currie.

Apparently no one else is either... Well, anyone willing to post up some pics of how their sway bar mounts?

The CALMINI Kit is basically parts of the Currie Universal Antirock® kit - 32" with some stuff they make in house:

Some short steel arms bend to fit sort of.
Tube that the bar fits into that also is used as a crossmember for the shock hoops.
Some tabs to mount the heims on the axle.
Custom length sway bar tie rod body that the hiems screw into.

The currie stuff is basically this:

QTY (2) of each of following:

Mounts like this:

Thank you very much, the pics and the information will be very helpful. Sounds like the Currie kit should work with a bit of fabrication.
