Picking it up tonite! - 19/04/01 02:19 PM

I found a 2000 SE, with less than 30K miles...black, 4X2. I go to pick it up tonight. I am stoked...

Yes, it is a beautiful thing...and it drives like a dream. I was doing 90 on the freeway coming home and did not realize it.

I think I am in love.....

lucky!!!

mine was brand new so i had to do the "break in" and could not drive fast...

BTW whatch out while i wont give you a hard time, i have seen people get hit by members here for driving fast... like i said im not in any place to talk

I average between 80 and 90mph going to work in the morning. But then, everyone else is too.

i think it works like this:

4x4=slow and stuborn(like things to remain the same)
4x2=fast and spontanious

i know it is a generalization but it does seem to be the case

I think the thing is to know when you are reaching the limit of your driving ability, and back off. I was running with traffic last night, so slowing down would have made me an obstacle. Plus, I wanted to see how it behaved, and it was very, very well mannered. Much more so than I ever expected.
