CarPC?

Anyone here install a custom CarPC in their X/Frontier?

I'm basically looking for a replacement for the stock 2DIN stereo. I figure something with a decent screen capable of MP3 and Digital Radio, GPS, etc would be nice. Always open to suggestions. Even saw a new entry to the market that has a removable 7" Android Tablet (which I assume is the brains of the system when attached).

A lot of higher end stereos will do all that now. No need for a PC (gag, gag, winders, gag, choke) in your truck.

I'm an android fan myself, would love it in my dash. May have to check one if those out. Only problem is the support or lack of rather. I always root my phones and change roms about once a month. Probably wouldn't be able to do that with the stereo... Not a big problem but still. Wonder if the stereos have wifi? Hmmm Christmas is coming!
