Do you think the addition of the Nissan Motorsports heavier-duty (& apparently stiffer) torsion bars will compensate for the RS9000's inappropriate damping coefficients?
I've got my shock set to 5 & it's slightly to stiff for everyday driving, but setting them to 4 makes the ride way to soft. I just though these beefier torsion bars might allow me to ride everyday @ 3 or 4 then I can move up to 5 for offroading. Any comments are appreciated....

The torsion bars won't change the RS9000's performance.
They are too stiff on 5, and too soft on 4, and undrivable on 1, 2 and 3.

Your best bet is new shocks, and the Bilstiens ride superbly.

I have the same set up and prior to the T-bar upgrade, I too ran the shocks at 5 up front. When I put the new bars on, you can move to setting 4 and it rides like it did with the stock t-bars and the shocks set to 5.

So Ian,

Are you advocating that the Bilstiens will make up for the new T bars or do you suggest both?

I'm saying that the Bilsteins offer an excellent ride, on road and off.

Many folks have said the same thing.

Been running this setup for months. I agree.
