Hey guys, I am about to order rear shocks for my truck and am a little confused when i'm on slr's website. For the bilsteins, I want shocks that are 20% stiffer and made for the SL.

Now when I called them they told me I wanted item # BL5-10, but it just seems like they are the stock stiffness and why is it so much cheeper than the other bils? Can anyone help me out on this?

Looking at the 5100s you want the BL5-14 for the front (20% stiffer, lifted truck).
For the rear you want the BL5-11 for a lifted truck wanting a stiffer ride.

Well according to their website, the -11 is for shackles and AAL (~3" lift) but the extended shocks are needed even when you just run shackles, trust me on that one laugh

Yeah, I know, I have broken two of my rears so far, luckily i know people with left over stock shocks. Oh, and on their site it says that -10 is for the AAL and shackles, and -11 is for the SLR spring pack - stiffer ride.

So do I want the ones for the AAL and shackles or the -11 for the SLR spring pack, cuz from what you said you have them mixed up with each other.

Sorry for all the newb questions, i just wanna do this the right way the first time.
