Front coil spacers - 08/04/12 12:47 PM

I just bought mikes 2000 xterra. It's lifted a bit more in the rear than the front. Are there any front spacers available for the 2000? I can't find any. It needs to go up like 1.5" [img:center]http://edmonton.kijiji.ca/c-ViewAdLargeImage?AdId=368522928&back=-1&ImageIndex=1[/img]

You don't have front coils on a 2000 Xterra, you have torsion bars.

That means you can raise the front end 1.5" for free, by just rotating the built-in torsion bar adjusters to set a new higher ride height.

PS - Just in case you didn't know this either, the front is supposed to be ~ 1.5" lower than the rear.

IE: If you thought you needed to raise it ~ 1.5" because the front was lower, you don't need to, its supposed to be that way.

Thanks, now how do i go about getting it up?

Oh and the guy said it has a calmini lift, what is that?

Srry for being so stupid, tbis is my first xterra and when work has already been done by someone it kind of leaves you in the dark. Check out the pics on the link in the top post
