Website question....

I host the website for our kart racing club here in VA... www.hrkc.com.

Something I have been wondering. I use firefox and noticed some sites have little icons next to thier name in the address bar, and was trying to figure out out that was done, and saw it on www.superjens.com when I was buying my ultra-cool stickers, so I thought I'd ask...

How does one do that? I use frontpage 2003, because it was easy when I was learning, and I can't find it there. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I am more than willing to try other software to get it done as well.
