anyone else with this noise

I seem to have a squeek in the top outside corner of my drivers seat. Its more noticeable when bouncing in the seat i.e. going over bumps, moving back and forth etc.. I can grab the seat corner thru the passenger side , move it back and forth and get the squeek.
Isnt the seat just rubber filled? Are there springs in the seat that would make a noise like this? Is this fixable, live with it or get a new seat?
