How to remove plugs from 2005 Xterra RF Amp?

Does anybody know how to remove the two plugs from the side of the RF amp under the passenger seat? I've tried squeezing the lower platic on the bottom of the plug, but it doesn't move. Is there a trick to getting these out? Please let me know. Thanks
