i was messing around in my x offroad and maneged to dent and scratch doors. i wlso managed to put a log sized dent in my rock panel any clue on how to fix damage

Other than replace the parts or take it to a body shop, consider it off road modified.

Mine has "mesquite" pinstriping down both sides.

After you get your X repaired you might consider getting rock sliders as they protect your rocker panels pretty well. They are generally cheaper than the body damage.
