While Wheeling the other day...I felt my X had a Rough Feeling to it while in 4WD every time I would press on the gas...something like a "Rough Rubbing Feeling" to it...Just wondering if anybody knows ?...I'm thinking maybe The Bearings need to be Greased up...but don't know...any Input would be nice...

Not sure what you mean by a rough rubbing feeling when you hit the gas. Could you throw some more details in there? Rubbing like noise, vibration, resistance? Rough like grinding or jerky? Does it get worse with speed or change when you hit brakes or are in a different gear/t-case range? etc..

Well, it's like a "Rubbing, Grinding like feel"...it's not a Vibration or a resistance...it just feels like something is dry, and needs to be greased (I was in 4Lo when I felt this)...I felt it got worse when I picked up speed...just a little history about my X...X has been through water and mud, and has 34,000 miles, without ever re-packing the Bearings or changing transfer case Oil...

If only when in lo - fronts to repack at minimum, and, t-case juice...and any other vital fluids you've neglected. I'd go full synthetic grease/juice if I were you as well...it can handle those extended intervals and water a bit better, if you know what I mean.

If it is JUST 4low, it is possible you are traveling faster then ~30 mph, and the tcase is doing its jet turbine impression. if that is the case, change the tcase fluid, and slow down. if it also does it in 4hi, the front diff and cv joints are suspect also. the bearings are alwayse spinning when you are moving.. but repacking them can't hurt, may even pick up a little fuel econony if they are on the dry / dirty side. make sure there is not mud / other crap stuck on the front driveshaft, or the 2 front cv-shafts. they don't normally spin, and if they are caked they may be out of balance. first thing to check is if it also does it in 4hi at the same speeds.
