I've never been to the Hollister Hills SVRA park. But I've heard lots of cool things about it. I just found out that 2 wheel drive trucks are not even allowed to use the Green Circle (easiest level) trails.

Is it worth the trip for 2 wheel drive Xterras? Can I at least play around on dirt trails in a 2 wheel drive truck? I just want to go turn up a little dirt but not hurt anything....

I didnt know that they checked for 4wd. From my experience, most of the green trails were just cat walks. You didnt really need 4wd to go on them. Well, as long as it wasn't raining. You should be fine.

They don't check whether or not your truck is 4wd or not. Basically its on you if you F*ck up your truck. I have been out there a few times in my 4x2 and have done just fine. Take a look at some footage of my truck back in Nov.

I do recommend that if you decide to go bring someone that can pull you out!!!

I cant believe you did that ravine in 2wd. I did it in 4wd and even that was hard enough. haha. Great video.

Ok. Now I'm scared.

Well, are there other places in the area where one can play around with their more docile Xterra?
