I know it's been mentioned before, several times, but this is the real deal.
Where: Barney Riley
When: Saturday, June 14, 11AM.
Meet: Entrance to Loope Canyon which is about 1 1/2 miles east of the intersection of 4 and 89, on 89. There is a turn-out across 89 from Loope road where we can air down. I plan to camp for the night at the end of the trail on West Carson River.
With the snow melt, the river will be up and crowded with rafters.
Stockers are doable but it would be advisable to remove the stock rails.
I may have some other non-X rigs joining us.
Edit: I only mention this as a camping trip because it might be a bit dicey travelling it alone, if that became the case with an individual wanting to leave alone. There is only one rule: No Rules

KJ: Yes, there is a no camp option. It makes for a long day though. You would also want to either make sure you are comfortable with the trip out or have some company. It's 3-4 hours in/out + drive time to and from trail.

From the looks of the subject I first thought you meant June/July (6/7)

Particapation in military activities never ends, that's a reserve weekend. Darn!

Sometimes no matter how hard you try it still doesn't work. The weekend of the 14th I'm running away with the wife for some private time in Big Sur. I'll catch up to you guys sometime this summer.

We decided on some solo time this weekend. The brother and nephew are almost done destroying the house and will be gone this weekend We are going to take the "mobile hotel" up to Boca/Stampede area and just chill...I'll see you all on the next one.
