This Friday Danno and I are headed out for a weekend of snow exploration. We'll no doubt get real stuck, lost, run out of food and water, be exposed to the real possibility of frost bite, bear attack, covered by an avalanche, starvation and dehydration.

We'll be staging somewhere along Hi 20 in the Nevada City area. Further details forthcoming as we see what the response is.
As it turns out, there will a ton of other rigs going to the same general area due to the anual Cal4wheeler Winter Fest. It attracts about 700 participants (150 or so rigs) who do several different trails including very easy SUV types to hard core runs. So, we're going to camp near the hard core run and join/lead/follow to gang. There are three rigs in our group.
I'm leaving tomorrow morning if you any of you hardy souls cares to join in.
