My idea of going to Blue Lake was maybe other x owners in area might want to meet their have a day or 2.If have kids bring them too.I am going there to kick back,fish,check out any trails,not to hard.This Blue Lake is off hwy 88 past Kirkwood. Hope doesnt seem to boring.

Blue Lake is at the north end of the Deer Valley trail, a moderately challenging route that's been run many times by the club. The trailhead is just south of the dam. Check out pics from previous posts about "Deer Valley". Traveling north to south, the trail is easier prior to the second stream crossing, and becomes much more difficult afterwards.

Where do you plan to stay/camp? At Blue Lakes campground?
