Hmmmmmmm,I just got my Shrockworks Bumper,
problem is my Ramsey Winch/Amsteel Blue line and Piaa lights according to Jim are late and not coming in till late next week or after......wonder if I should just put on bumper now?

Maybe the winch should go on after I get some beefy coil over shocks for the front?

It just sucks seeing my bumper sit on a pallet - I have been waiting since Oct.

Put the shrockworks bumper on and give me the winch Seriously the stock coils on the 2nd gen's are too soft IMO anyway so I would try the bumper 1st and see how you like it before adding the winch.

You should have said something Spenser. I have a set of Rugged Trails on SC rims you could run until you get your MTs. It will save you the cost of the street tires (if you are in fact buying them) or at the very least the cost of mounting and balancing.

Mitch, How's the BL going?

Its a done deal! Thanks to everyone who came out. We got my BL done, Bobby got his GPS mounted, and we got Sturndogs bumper on. Everything looks fantastic and no one lost any fingers. I'll post some pics in the morning.

i got the tires for 80 bucks, it's been on for one day, and I hate them..... The alignment shop also told me my upper b joint is starting to go. So more the reason to get rid of both upper and lower a-arm

I just wanted to thank Frank, Mitch and Bobby for all their help putting on my Shrock Bumper –even when it got dark and some had long trips home and people waiting. It was not just a mod day for me but rather an Xterra seminar day. Mitch and his family were the perfect hosts, I hope I did not leave any screws in his driveway or lawn! . Beside all the compliments I have been getting for my new bumper, I cannot recall having three people look at an instruction manual for me, discern which steps where missing and then suggest easier installation tips and ways to save money. This has been my third SCCX event and the quality, intelligence and, generosity of its members continues to impress me. Okay, I am done gushing for now.
