Couple more runs in the year remaining so time to start thinking about those. Oct is kind of full with different stuff so these would be for Nov. and Dec.

Been a while since we had anything down south so how about Anza Borrego St Park. Something like the march run that we rescheduled:

For the other month maybe EL Mirage and Stoddard OHV Comb. This could be a good day or Beginners run, which we have'nt done in a while. Those wanting to camp and make it a weekend could also.

El Mirage OHV

Varieties of trails from go fast on the Dry lakebed, Sand washes’ whoop-de-to’s, Mountain type stuff with rocks, etc. We went out there years ago on the shift commercial shot and it was pretty fun area:

Stoddard Valley/Wells OHV

This is a huge area with a lot stuff to explore, sort of like El Mirage but on a much bigger scale. Some real nice trails, sand dunes, hills, rocky stuff to play on.

The other thing I’ve head some people talk about is another Joshua Tree National Park run with some new areas to explore like the Eagle Mt area. Don’t know much about that one so if somebody else can chime in with the details that would be great.

Anyway, please provide feedback, preference what month for what? kind of thing or any other areas/ideas you might have.

Anza sounds good ... so does Joshua tree.

(I'm really easy to please)

The last two runs up north are about as far away as I want to go in that short of time. I haven't sat down to look at the gasoline bills but they've been big. I hate the trip up and back but have such a good time on the trail it doesn't matter!

I would like to do the Grand Canyon area sometime but that would be a serveral day trip, not a weekend one.
