Are you going to make an 06 forum seperate or are you going to make it like 05/06? Just wondering, since I ordered my new X today.

How bout we remove the 05 section and use the existing sections as they are?

I was just thinking that we could make it 05/06 forum. I do not know of many people besides myself that has an 06.

Actually I decided I don't agree. It's GenII, not "new". Once GenIII comes out, GenII will be "old".

Steve - A blue '00 forum would be needed, as obviously the 5 extra HP from being blue would require special mods, etc...to handle the extra power.



Practically speaking, I think a year specific forum is a bit extreme, the topics tend to overlap to a large degree.

If the posters would just include their year and tranny type info in their sig...people answering could figure out if they had t-bars or coils, etc.

The subject line in "Drivetrain" or "Suspension", etc....could refer to the yr in question if it matters, etc.

Next we'll need manual 5 spd, manual 6 spd, OR, SE. XE type forums...for christs sakes, its hard enough to do a search for things as it is.

I do not think that it was too bad of a request as in 06 they tweeked it a bit. I know they are pretty much the same but some things are different. To ask for a 00 only or a blue forum is a bit absurd. Especially the different trims. What I asked is completely reasonable and I am satisfied with what I got.

I think the following is a more streamlined and user friendly forum format.

The super specific forums are not needed - if everyone just worded their questions/comments carefully with an appropriate title.
