I'm here looking at the site.. wondering how many people are on the XOC site making new posts or replying to other posts... or maybe there is noone else on at all.

Could u show the # of people on the site at any givin time? You could post the # between the Total Registered Number & The Newest Member at the top of the Forums Page.

Example:

Registered Members: 11025
Registered Members Online Now: 115
Welcome to our newest member: SomeDudesName

You might notice that XOC is one of the fastest boards on the net.

I would rather have the board run fast than to know that there are 30 people looking at the "Hot Chicks on Friday" thread in the Club House. Would't you?

I guess it came to mind when i thought to myself: "I wonder when the most traffic/bussiest time on the XOC board is?" And not like each forum or topic either.. just the board in general. But i guess if it slow it down that much is not really worth it.

we used to have this... it was removed.

then later someone complaine dand it was turne don again only to have people complain about how slow the board was.

its better gone.

Yea, I kinda forgot that not everyone has 512k interent speeds. :p

I would be mad too if i still had my 56k, cause then it would be noticably slower.

I picked my username that last time I had a 56k with my ISP. I know what you mean.
