with winter just around a corner I want to protect my new truck. I am not sure what is the best way of going about it: drill, not to drill. I know I want the underbelly of the truck sprayed with a thick coating of sort, not sure if I want them to drill holes though confused

frwinks,
IMO the best thing to do is wash the vehicle once a week. I've had vehicles where the previous owner tried some type of aftermarket rustproofing. In all of these cases they plugged up the drainholes that the vehicle was engineered with causing rust.

Move to sunny Arizona and rust will no longer be a problem! cool You'll only have to worry about cracked dashboards and melting in the heat!
