Yeah, but you can actually afford this jeep, and since it's a rubicon edition, you get 31" MTs skid plating, front/rear lockers, and dual dana 44's...... I'd take it in a heart beat.

Don't get me started on the gay-ass Hulk movie...

I guess because I used to watch the TV show and never read the comic books my view is distorted - but I was hoping they'd make him look pretty much human. Instead they made him look like Shrek. mad

... and they have been doing such a good job with the other comic book movies... X Men was good, Spider Man was great...

All the Hulk previews I've seen are basically him flying around.

Is he like a green hovercraft now?

The original hulk was a BIG mofo. and he could run extremely fast and leap great distances... The movie is almost spot on....

Anyway, Hulk the TV show character always creeped the hell out of me as a child. Gotta love that 80s hair though.

"hulk Xterra"?

I think a better marketing relationship would be with the X-men franchise.

also, the Toyota Matrix community is rather disappointed that Matrix Reloaded is full of GM cars. Its a shame that Toyota didn't jump on that wagon.

She had a Defender 110 in the first movie, and Land Rover did not make a model available to the public in the USA (they only made 250 for Europe).

The Rubicon used in the new movie is much nicer than they stock one you can buy at your Jeep dealer.

What it boils down to is that DC paid more than Ford was willing to.

It's a bit of a sell out. But's it all about the advertising dollar now.

Daisy Duke drives a jeep NOT Lara Croft!

Now if they ever come out with a James Bond 007 edition Chrysler Intrepid... I may declare a limit. wink

I think it's a pretty cool Jeep - and I'd like to have one (I bought the X over the Wrangler because the Jeep just isn't practical for real life... hauling friends, stuff etc)...

... but ... I'm sure that we'll all soon start seeing Lara Croft Wranglers driving around spotlessly clean with baby seats strapped in... just like all those precious pristine H2s rolling around.

Makes me sick... [Crybaby]

Wow, not only did they crap out on the consumer edition (big f-ing shock), but they crapped out on the press release. Possibly the worst writing....

Quote:
The full Mopar treatment includes a light bar, riveted fender flares, tubular grille guard, diamond plate bumper guard, rock rails, fog lamp and taillamp guards, black tubular grille guard, fog lamps with brush guards, riveted fender flares in graphite, aluminum diamond plate bumper guard in black, black rock rails and taillamp guards.
Really bad writing, I think they are trying to state what the items are, then clarify their colors, in which case, why not compund the 2 instead of run on sentence from hell?

Overrated: Spelling correction
Underrated: Grammar correction.

i agree 100% a jeep would be fun for a 2nd vehical because its not to practical for everyday but for a fun extra vehical it could do, i would much rather go for a sports car w/ maunal tansmission before a jeep but a jeep is still nice!
