does anyone have any problems with the body side molding getting in the way of waxing their Xterra's? I really like the way they look, and they really fill in the void on the sides of the X. But from my experience with molding, door handles, etc etc, you get that wax stuck in the cracks and the wax stains the plastic. I know If you are careful this wont happen, but sometimes its just too much of a pain in the ass and cant be avoided. HELP?

I use a piece of a ripped up t-shirt(makes great shop rags) for getting the wax out of the cracks behind the mouldings. Just hold the cloth taught and slide it behind. Works for me.

Its'a PITA, but just be extra careful around the side moulding, emblems, weather-stripping, washer fluid nozzles and any other seams.

If you do get some in there, the T-shirt trick above works well, as do toothbrushes.
