yeah, like it was dirty when i washed it. im a rebel... we are on outside watering restrictions, but did that stop me? naw i would rather pay a fine than to have a speck of dirt on my x. jeez im whooped

It's a sad addiction isn't it? I just spent three hours washing, cleaning and waxing the X once more. A little bush-wacking the last two weekends left some light scratches that came off nicely with Meguiar's #1. God that stuff is good.

Since it was sunny, I dared to take it out of the garage to drive to the store, ignoring the fact that my girlfriend's 4-banger gets much better mileage than the truck. Halfway there, a rogue cloud, the spawn of satan, opened up just for me and poured some lovely rain all over the paint. Five minutes later the sun came out again.

Why, God, why?

I often wash mine after I get to work in the morning. It wont rain a single drop all day until I pull my X out of the garage to go home. I HATE WHEN THAT HAPPENS!
