Have stalling problem with 2000x which sounds like fuel sender unit.Had car towed to dealer because of extended warrenty,he tells me ac drain clogged and ruined ECM ,$800.00,also tells me it is not covererd under warrenty.I find out that the dealer is the one who determines if it is covered.Does anyone know the procedure to dsipute the dealer.Need the truck, am willing to foot the bill if I have recourse.

ac drain clogged is probably not covered by nissans extended waranty, so any damage done by that is PROBABLY your responcibility

Junk yard may have a computer for a cheaper price

tonysx,

if you have comprehensive auto insurance you might ask your agent as it appears to be accidental damage to the vehicle rather than wear and tear.

you might also ask the dealer where in the maintenance schedule does it indicate how often the drain should be checked smile
