Just a little follow-up. This provides a very brief description of what the TSB is.

Also use the option for putting the year in and submit query from there it is pretty self-explanatory

Is there a way to read the complete TSB? Usually it just says something like "regarding noise and rattles" or something to that effect, but doesn't say anything more detailed.

I haven't found away yet. I don't think that they post the whole fix or problem on the internet..

Just to add another option to X owners. I'm not sure if there are any Nissan techs on this board, but if so, Please speak up on this one! I used to work in the service dept at an Infiniti dealership and all the techs had this color magazine like "Nissan tech monthly" or something similar. In it were multiple descriptions of problems occurring on each model and the appropriate "fixes" for those problems. I'm not sure if these are just the TSB's put in a nice little newsletter or not? The last time I went to the Infiniti dealership to talk to a tech about Xterra reliability, he looked through a few of his "nissan Monthly" or whatever and said, nope no big problems. Anything from loose cables, to the differential problems people had were in there. So, IF THERE ARE TECHS OUT THERE please speak up!!!!
Next trip in for service y'all might want to ask a tech to see this magazine. Just something else to look for for repair answers!
John
