So here is the deal. I paid $1000 for a 6yr/75,000 mi Gold warranty with a $50 deductable.

Now while the price isn't off the mileage is (when compaired to Marlboro Nissan). Does their 6yr/100,000 mi warranty for $995 have a deductable? How might I go about getting an extra 25,000 miles on my warranty?

My personal research has concluded I would have to cancel the one I have (with letters, notarized copies of odometer, ect) and then purchase a whole new one. Also, the refund I would get is going to be sent to the lean holder and not me. Which means basically I'd have to fork the cash out of my pocket to pick the warranty up. Seems like a real big pain in the ass.

Suggestions? I'm thinking I should just stay with what I've got because of the hassle. Plus at 75k mi I think it would be time for a new X.

well there buddy i bought a 7yr/100k mile one for a 1000 bones and there is $0.00 dollar intrest for 12 month and a i got a 0 dollars DED on that also ... for $85 or so a month for a year and if anything goes wrong with it it is no charge and there is that trip interuption also .. 500 if you are broke down like 100 miles from home they give you that and a rental car for 35 a day

Yes, you can get a Nissan Security Plus warranty up to 36k miles. You can also get an extended warranty after, but they typically don't cover as many items.

hell yeah dude i got a 2k1 X and i have 33000 on that damn thing i got it done.... they have no problems with it if you have the cash you can get answers....

I just posted a request for assistance in repairing/installing a rear window regulator. My Extended warranty( security plus pre-owned ) doesn't cover things like that. For 1800$ the F'n warranty should cover putting up my stuck F-ING window. I live in the desert for F's sake! Ahhhh, I feel much better.
