I can buy the new metal bumper for 100 and something. I am going to take it by my buddys shop to see what he can do with it.

Xterraparts.com sells the metal bumper ( painted ) for approx. $150.00 and is a very easy swap!!! Regards. Ed

I backed into a tree about a month after I got mine. Had to replace the bumper and step cover. In fact, if you find you are in need of some spare parts, I kept everything that was still usable off the old one.

It is a very easy replacement job.
