I didn't find in other posts, but when swapping out the PCV Valve, is there a necassary amount of torque to put the valve back in? Do I have to tighten the Valve until I can't see the screw marks?

Any help would be great since this part is gointo the engine, I don't want to over tighten/ and or unf=der tighten

Thanks

I replaced mine and just snugged it tight. Don't over tighten it. I'll have to take a look to see how many threads are showing.

Hey, I just replaced mine tonight. My question is for the hose... Did ya'll replace that as well? Also, does the hose have to cover the whole bolt head? If so, how come I can't get it to completely cover it? Any tricks?

Just snug it up, and if you're going to reuse the old hose, then it'll kind of 'find' it's old spot, which is fine.

If you're using a new hose, just go as far as the old hose was on. [ThumbsUp]

I used the old hose but it is still in great condition. I cleaned it up with a little silicone lube which made it look new again.

Thanks guys. I'll just leave it as far on as I got it. Dezurtrat, that's the picture I used to locate the thing, but I can't quite tell how much the hose covers the bolt head from that view. Still, it sounds like it's not that big of a deal.
