I accidentally slid into a snow back coming back from tahoe the other day and there is a small dent above the passenger side rear wheel... I can't find a way to get behind the sheet metal to push the dent back out. I believe I should either remove the inside panel or the fiberglass wheel well material but I am not sure.

Please Help
