wordtothis, I have read a few Card's short stories and he writes fine scifi. I have been meaning to read Ender's Game which most think my handle is from... but it is not. I wonder if Orson and I thought of the name for the same reason...

Ender

Mechanical Design Engineer of 22 yrs professional experience. Retired Race Car driver (Formula 2000 in US, F2 in Europe, Sprint Cars, etc...) My nickname other than at XOC is Bones, I'll leave that to you to sort out why.

At 18 I turned down my Indy Car sponser to go to college. That turned out to be one of my biggest mistakes but you have to realize that way back then professional drivers did not make any kind of money like today. I'd be dead today as well. I've made very few additional mistakes of any consequence thank goodness. I'm sure this little bit of info will give plenty of ammo to fire away at me...That's fine as I'm accustomed to it. My wife even makes fun of me about it when she gets pissed at me. That's almost OK. She was offerred F1 Sponsership as she is an accomplished racer as well but she declined. Women's European 125cc Motorcross Champion of the nineties.

Moral of that story....Always pursue your heart's desires and follow your dreams if you have managed to develop any realistic ones and have the abilitiy / talent for it. Otherwise, get another dream.

Ender
that book, ender's game, is the BEST book you will read in your life. it is short, and very well written. ender is the protagonist in the ender series, it is dervied from his character's name Andrew, which his sister cannot say when she is younger and calls him "ender" it sticks and that is why he is called that.
you need to read enders game.

Maybe next time you could actually read my post, which clearly says those are Mobil's opinions and even provides a link to their website, from which that material came.

If anyone knows what this guy is talking about, please tell me and him. Don't know what your problem is, only that you've got one.

Your odd rants and unwarranted personal attacks aside, one thing I'm genuinely curious about...you said previously you're one of the few people on Earth who really knows how to break in an engine. So how exactly DO you really break in an engine?

This thread is really getting off topic. This is a technical forum - pissing matches belong in the ALR.
