I just bought some old pathfinder rims. The offset on them is 25mm. Has anyone put on rims of this same offset and do you have any problems with rubbing?? I want to put 31" tires on, but I'm not sure if the 15mm difference from the stock offset of 40mm will create problems.

Thanks
Stu

I'm going to take a guess and say no, as long as you stick to 31" tires. I don't know for sure though. I've actually been thinking those wheels may look kind of cool on the X, so I would like to see pictures if you put them on.

I've always thought those wheels were cool. Would love to see 'em on an X. How much did you score them for?

Assuming they're the same 7" width, you should be fine, basically you're pushing everything 15mm further out. With 10.50" wide tires, you're not going to have any problems other than you'll probably have to nibble a bit more on the trim. Can't be as much as you would need for 32x11.50 on the factory rims though.

Here's a handy offset calculator
