You think these will fit under the X?

Probably, but why? I'll take the full inch wider footprint of the 32x11.50 over the 1/2" gain in clearance and have much less problem with rubbing in the RR wheel well at full stuff.

I suppose it all depends on the terrain you wheel in.

WQ, I posted something about these a while back after I saw them on a Jeep TJ with a lift. They are sweet looking tires. I think if I put a lift that's what's going on my truck.

swampwrecker runs 33x10.5 super swamper TSL radials. i think they measure 32.9 if i recall correctly, but swampy would know exactly. i wonder what the BFGs actually measure. if it follows their normal pattern, it'll be something like 31.9 or 32.3 or something.

The BFGs are 32.7x 10.6 on a 8.5" rim.

According to their conversion formula it's a 10" section width on the stock Xterra 7" rims so a 32.7" x 10". I think it would fit.

32x11.50r15s are a 31.7" x 10.6" on a 7" rim.

And for those who wanted to know a 33x9.50 is a 32.7" x 9.3" on a 7" rim.

The Swamper Radial in a 33x10.50 is a 32.7" x 10.6" on a 8.5" rim.

So the two tires are pretty much the same size. I think the Swamper would be wider b/c it has more plys to try and deform due to the undersize rim.

BTW all measurements are from the tire manufacturers websites.

I wouldn't put a 33x10.50 on a 8.5" rim. That's way too wide of a rim. Keep 'em on the stock rims, they'll be fine. My 33x10.50s fit fine on the stock rim and I would think that putting them on a 8.5" rim would really expose the rim to damage. My tires barely protect the rim.

I don't see why the 33" AT wouldn't fit under the Xterra, you'll have some rubbing, but oh well. Also, you don't have any agressive lugs to cause any real rubbing damage like my tires, so you shouldn't have much to worry about.

I believe Interco's web site incorrectly reports the diameter of the TSL/Radial. According to both National Wheel & Tire and OK4WD the diameter of the 33x10.50 TSL/Radial is 32.9", not like that makes much of a difference.
