Has anyone else have problems getting their nuts back on after removing the tire/rim? ( ok..have fun with that sentence ) I find whenever it comes to threading them back on, I'll hit a least one per rim that feels like I'm cross threading it on and will take a few tries for them to feel like they are on square. I usually clean the threads beforehand, so I'm sure its not grit.

I haven't had a problem with it but then again I have only taken off one rim. Sorry I can't help.
