3 pack means it has the (1) power PACKage (2) utility PACKage (3) sport PACKage

as for tires i'd go with 265 70 R16 - stock size are plenty big for a non-lifted rig, plus you won't have any issues with getting them. Some tire shops won't put non stock size tires on a vehicle.

I went with 31x10.50x15 and they fit with no problems on my "02" My only regret is that I could have fit 32's with out much problem and would look better now that I have lifted my X 3". Go with the 31's and the BFG AT is a great tire!

265/70R16 is the stock size on 03 SEs already. A 265/75R16 is a nice upgrade, nearly an inch in diameter and pretty much a 32x10.50 equivalent. A teeny bit of trimming might be needed, but not likely.

It's because you're running 17" wheels.

265/70R16 is approx. 30.61"
265/65R17 is approx. 30.56"

They're nearly the same size, but one has more wheel and less tire.
