I'm buying either the Calmini or AC 3'' lift, and I'm planning for 32x11.50 tires on a 15x8 rim. I plan on taking it offroad, but nothing extreme, so I'm looking at BFG T/A's. The BFGs have an OD of 31.7.

Will I have to trim anything on my 2002 S/C? I don't have any experience with lift kits vs. tire size, so I have no idea. I don't want to trim anything if I don't have to.

Any thoughts or recommendations?

Thanks.

I don't think you have to trim even w/o a lift kit on the 2002 models since the trim is already notched out from the factory.

The flare on the '02 is probably not quite enough to clear 32s, but it's darn close. The trimming I did is a tad further out than the '02s went. You should be able to drive home on 'em and sort it out, though bringing something to nibble at 'em at the shop would be a good idea.
