Has anyone tried to run new speaker wire to the doors? If so is there an easy way to do it I'm having trouble getting the wire into the vehicle from the door.

Open the doors, pop out the rubber grommet tube and run a piece of wire or hanger though it, tape your new wire to that an feed it through. I found my rear doors more of an issue than my front but it worked.

I concur with that, I used the straight piece of a coat hanger with electrical tape on the end to eliminate sharp edges and just worked my way through. Be patient and careful. Have fun.
