I have a 2006 X and how is it possible that my radio wire is not grounded and still works. Plus the ignition wire is just with the power wire. It is messed

If I remember correctly, the grounds on the factory stereo's harness/HU aren't even wired in.

When your stock head unit is screwed into the metal dash bracket, that's what grounds it. I grounded my aftermarket HU's to the metal brackets/screws behind the stereo.

also... it grounds using the antenna connector (when not screwed in)
