I recently noticed something strange about my stereo and wanted to know if its just mine or everyone's does it. The green numbers on my radio make a reflective sparkling glow at night, kind of a green "shadow" around the numbers. I know this can't be normal, and I tried cleaning the surface, but it still sparkles! I'm not crazy, I promise, its just a little annoying.
Thanks

Hairline scratches in the plastic front maybe? Don't use anything rough to wipe it down with - just a soft cloth.

Hey, I have the same problem, not the surface but the inside of LCD pannel. I brought my car back and complained about it, they agreed to replace the whole unit with no question ask. It took a week for them to order the part and took 30 minutes to install. Problem fixed

You complained to your dealer about "sparkley digits" and actually got a new unit? I find that amazing that some members have to fight for months just to get a rear hatch repainted from a factory problem, and they just swapped you entire radio out.

Theres some priorities for you.

It all depends on how important you are to your dealer, sc00ter. If they value your loyalty and satisfaction, they'll get the job done.

Well, I took it to the dealer and they said they'd order a new one and swap it out...no problem! As far as service goes, Northpark Nissan has been great...nothing but friendly and cooperative.

Thanks for the advice.
