I just installed a set of 100W KC Daylighters on my front bumper. When I hit the gas they get brigher and dimmer, they flicker, this is rather annoying. What could be causing this?

Bad Ground?

i've never heard of this with lights, but poorly installed amps are notorious for this. try choosing a new place for the ground, usually as close to the light as possible.

Could be not enough juice in the battery. If you are running alot of accesories (sp?) it might do this I guess.

My headlights do the same. It's probably due to all the accessories I'm running off of the electrical system. The flickering could also be attributed to vibrations when driving thus causing the lights shake up and down (at least in my case). I agree, it's very annoying.

Did you use the relays? What guage wire are you using? Where did you tap your power?

If you didn't use the relays and you left the lights and their switch in the same circuit, this could most certainly happen. Follow the instructions that came with your KCs to the letter, use 10g wire, and for heaven's sake, get your power and your ground at the source (battery).
