I've been pondering running my CB ant. & light wires through the stock rails, then drilling into the roof under the rail mounts.

Anyone found the balls to drill into the roof of their X? Any problems (leaks)? Any suggestions before I take a drill to my baby?

I don't have lights yet, but for the CB I followed superjens routing: CB install

I have some pics of lights up top, but I dont know how to get them on here for you to see. But I basically went under the front passenger foot pad right into the head liner, mounted a switch up by the map lights, and ran the wires down the A-frame around and into the fender to the battery. I can e-mail them to you if you like unless you know how tell me to post them.
