Some schmuck stole my antenna this morning. I realized that since I live so close to the city, reception is still pretty strong and the X looks better w/ the antenna.

I don't plan on replacing it, but should I seal or cover the antenna opening to keep the moisture or it doesn't matter?

I'd seal it just in case with some rtv or something like that. Its only a 75ohm cable kinda like coax (t.v.) so it should be ok.
