I constantly kick out the wires to my foglights, when I shift gears, with my big-ass feet. I know I should secure the wires better, but I ignored then until the connection unplugged.

Does anyone know the correct procedure for pluging in the green/yellow power cable back into the other cable connetion without shorting the fuse? Regardless of how I plug the cable in, when I start the engine and turn on the headlights and foglights, I hear a snap, and the 15A fuse burns out everytime!

Furthermore, I noticed that now when I attempt this procedure, the right headlight is shorting as well!

Its getting really frustrating and I'm running out of 15s. Any help would be really appreciated! Thanks.

Unless you are plugging it in the wrong spot the problem is not there. Since one of your headlights is shorting too it is most likely a wiring problem somewhere and not just how you are plugging it in.
