I can't remember if i saw the link to the reviews on this board or not, but...
does anyone know of any good (dependable, reliable, accurate) radar detectors that don't cost an arm and a leg (need them to drive)?

also, what are good, entry level CB radios? handheld/dashmount doesn't really matter to me. i have no idea what buttons/whistles are available, but i'd like to keep this thing < US$75.

thanks,
dm

No complaints with my Passport 8500. It's already paid for itself and I've only had it 4 months.

I hardwired it just above the rearview mirror with the remote control unit on the right hand side of the steering column trim.

It's almost as nice to know who's NOT running radar as it is to know who is.
