Hey everyone, I am handling the Fat Tire Bike Ride insurance information. Basically, this will cover your vehicle should something happen while on the Fat Tire Bike Ride. You don't have to pay anything, the organizers of the even are footing the bill. The coverage is as follows:
Automobile Liability = $1,000,000 Excess Limit
Coverage is per vehicle, per event (up to 10 consecutive racing days).
Coverage period is the term of the event on the permit and applies only while officiating or marshaling during the race at the specific event.
Coverage is not provided for State Financial Responsibility.
Vehicle must have primary insurance for road use.
Non-owned/hired supplemental insurance is excess of primary insurance policy.
Automobiles may only carry a maximum of the number of seats with safety restraints or 8 people, whichever is less for the coverage to be valid.
