Thanks to everyone who got up early to meet at 6am in the cold so that we had a good showing and help support the Xterra Triathalon.

We would have loved to have more than 7 Xterra's there- but we made it through fine.
They thanked us repeatedly and even the participants said what a great club we had !

My idea of exercise is limited to 12 oz curls. Sunday was a reminder that some folks prefer to excercise in a more Xtreme manner. First there was a swim in 60 degree water. The Sheriff's Department had to rescue a few swimmers - burrrr. Then there was a bike ride from Lake Pleasent to Castle Hot Springs and back. The ride planner was sadistic. The road had running water, hills, mud, and soft soft soft sand. And then there was a run.

Where do they find these people?

Thanks to everyone that came out to watch the healthy one. Apparently it has prompted Brian, Mark, and Shannon to think about participating next year....

And my momma taught me not to believe in cat stories....
