Well, as long as we're counting......32 hours for Jackel and myself. Did some final shopping tonight, pack the X tomorrow night, and then sleep really poorly I'm sure. Can't wait to get there, I don't ever remember setting foot in Colorado in my entire life, I'm really looking forward to it.

I'm signing in from Ogallala, Nebraska. 1200 miles in the past 2 days and another 500 or so tomorrow. I'll be checking Ouray if time allows tomorrow. Otherwise, I'll be there Sunday morning sometime. Can't wait to see you all!!

A little side-note: Walking back to my truck at a rest area in central Iowa, who should happen to approach me but CMorHiker!! He was there with a friend on the way to Colorado and saw my truck (with the HUGE "GOX II" on the back window! Spent about 1/2 hour with them and convoyed for a little bit. (They had a couple stops before Ouray and I'm driving directly there.) Nicest surprise I've had in a few days.
