Is black Bear all of those switchbacks? Looks fun! Reminds me of going to the East side of Yellowstone park coming up from Redlodge thru all the switchbacks! 6700' to over 10K if I remember correctly?

This is the end of Black bear, coming in from the middle right of the image, right where the Steps begin.

You can count 11 switchbacks (the first is hidden in trees). The first 5 take a 3 point turn, the trails about 8 feet wide.

Off the left of the picture is Telluride.

There is 3000 feet of vertical drop from the right edge of the picture to the left edge.
