Just confirmed with the property owners about some stipulations of us using their land.

1) There are several RV's that are on the land and we need to make sure that we do not block them or the vehicles that they are driving in. If you do block one in your Xterra will very quickly be draged (via winch) into the river.

2) We need to make sure that we leave it cleaner than we found it.

That is about it. Now if we can just get someone to bring some vodka and some shot glasses we can have chili and chilly (willies)
