Hey, are you guys the closest group to NYC? I am a member of SXFC but am moving to Long Island in March 2004 and was looking to see if anyone from that area was having fun with their X.

Yes we are. I am on Long Island also. Join NJAX at NJAX.org, and make sure you sign up with Yahoo groups. We have a monthly dinner and a monthly trail ride, as well as mod days, etc. Welcome aboard.

Steiny,
How did you ever make out with your torsion bar anchor from last summer? Any more problems from it?

Hi, just joined the club here, and am ready to take my baby off road. Grew up upstate and I'm tired of the Brooklyn Traffic. I need to get a little dirty.

Hey, I'm originally from upstate but, stationed at Ft. Hamilton in Brooklyn now. I get pretty busy, but I'm looking forward to getting on some trails for the first time with my X. I should be back in state sometime in the middle of April.
By the way, do you guys mostly ride out on saturday or sunday? I work 6 days a week, so...
Well, look forward to meeting all of you soon.

I guess you are putting it together, thats awesome you were there. I'm an Xterra fan and I love the one I got. This board has been very helpful to me and when I'm home I check this board out all the time. Thanx for the vote, now I have little X's by my name.
