October 12th @ 7:00PM at Chef Central in Paramus NJ on Rt. 17N, a demonstration/autographing/picture taking will occur with Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto. I for one will be there. Anybody else?

that store is SO cool!! if i had a couple grand to spend anywhere, it'd be at that store...
unfortunately, i get out of work at 8 on friday's so it'll be pretty impossible for me to get there at 7...i might be up for a drink afterwards...when we get closer, lemme know...
